| The purpose of this credit union is to promote thrift among its members by affording them an opportunity to accumulate their savings, and to create for them a source of credit for provident or productive purposes. |

| Eligibility: |

| Community 1st Federal Credit Union charter of membership includes all persons who live in the following prescribed communities; who regularly work, go to school, worship, perform volunteer services or participate in associations headquartered in the counties of Custer, Powder River, Rosebud, Prairie, Garfield. Family members of members are also eligible for membership. |
